Employees throughout their 3,000 outlets can now access The Co-op’s new interactive website which reinforces ‘the power of the brand’ and is described on the site as - ‘new to their HR bag of tools’.
The Mill Group filmed employees and managers in their workplaces and all are encouraged to give feedback to further enhance the Co-op’s beliefs in ‘…values and ethical credentials’.
A final - ‘Use it - enjoy it’ online message is already bringing enthusiastic contributions and the Co-op’s staff renaissance is well underway!
